Lean & Hayward has a director who is an Accredited Certifier under the Building Professionals Act and capable of Certification in the following categories:

• Subdivision Certification
• Private Road and Drainage design and construction compliance
• Stormwater management , facilities, design and compliance
• Subdivision Road and Drainage construction compliance
• Location of subdivision and building works compliance

Check with us if your subdivision or development works can be privately certified. There is potential to save many weeks over the usual approval processes through most Councils.
