Ongoing periodic monitoring surveys of JUHI assets (1990 to present). Major projects including the upgrade of Sydney International Terminal & aprons (1998~2000) and currently the A380 airbus modifications project.

- Sewer and Water design of Service Adjustments associated with Rail loop project from Glenfield to Ingleburn (NSW) 1994 -1995.
- Survey and plan preparation for complex Stratum subdivision projects of both existing and buildings under-construction including No.109 Pitt Street, Sydney; South's Leagues Club, Redfern & the Paddington Green Hotel development, Paddington.
- Survey for the MLC School at Burwood, Sydney involving boundary & detail surveys for various developments (1998 to present) and preparation of a complex consolidation survey over School allotments (2009).
- Project Supervising Surveyor for Tahmoor Colliery Long Wall Mining survey monitoring program (2004 to present).
