Mornington Estate is a community title, medium density development of 255 town houses and town apartments adjacent to the railway station at Holsworthy. Mornington features a community centre, swimming pool and tennis court set amidst contemporary 2 and 3 storey attached homes.

Lean & Hayward have surveyed, designed and project managed the works for Mirvac Homes. Challenges included the coordination of civil works and services in narrow roads and footpaths whilst allowing dwelling construction to proceed concurrently.
