Project Manager for Landcoms Estates at Greenway Park 1260 Lots, Casula 800 Lots and Macquarie Fields responsible for Planning organisation and control of all aspects of these Residential Developments. Project manager for Ardel Ltd Bernera Park estate 200 Lots.

November 1987

Appointed Partner and Director of Lean Lackenby & Hayward (C'Town) Pty Ltd, now known as Lean & Hayward Pty Ltd.

1984 to 1987

Joined Lean Lackenby & Hayward. Implementation of Lean Lackenby & Hayward’s computer system for mapping and subdivisions. Project Management, Design, Survey & supervision of residential subdivisions. Developing computer programs for the determination of strains & subsidence associated with long wall mining.

Control of Complex Survey problems in Building and Construction. Developing Project Management Software for fast track housing development.

1982 to 1984

Project Surveyor on $50 million high rise tower in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Responsible for survey and computer analysis of complex building shapes and the conversion of complex design concepts into simple workplace information. Liaison with client, architect and engineer to simplify construction problems.

Employed by D G Beck Surveying at Ryde and Campbell and Anderson, Bowral as a survey party leader responsible for cadastral, engineering and topographical surveys and preparation of plans.  Development of computer software related to surveying.

Employed by Colwell Larcombe & Rein of Sydney as a trainee surveyor. Major projects included Housing Commission Development throughout Sydney and Wollongong.  High Rise Projects in Sydney CBD included Qantas Tower, T & G Building, Lawcourts and CBA Bank Building.
