Lean & Hayward use a team based Project Management structure. The company
is fortunate to have Directors and staff who possess a vast range of
skills and talents.

Projects normally have a dedicated client based task force consisting of
Project Director, Project Manager, Surveyor, Engineer and Planner directly
looking after our client’s interests.

Project Management Services for our clients include lodgement of plans and
supervision of construction. The Project Director plans, organises and
controls all stages of the project efficiently and economically. The Project Director will liaise with our client and relevant authorities,
keeping them fully informed on the progress of the project.
