1980 to 1984:

• Responsible for the design, survey and administration of engineering and cadastral surveys. Carried out the 300 hectare Primary Application for Ingham’s complex at Appin.
• Responsible for the planning and engineering design of the Centennial Downs .Site at Camden.
• Responsible for road acquisition surveys for Campbelltown City Council and Wollondilly Shire Council. Carried out and supervised all survey work contracted to us on the new Maldon to Port Kembla Railway.

Carried out major control on large subdivisions including the Woodbine Estate for Campbelltown Council and St Andrew's Estate for Neeta and Jennings Homes and responsible for engineering design on the Woodbine Estate.
