Under Sydney Water Corporation's E Developer System Lean & Hayward Pty Ltd
has attained an E Developer status as Project Managers and Water Servicing Coordinators.

Lean & Hayward can manage all applications to Sydney Water, produce waste
water reticulation designs and Water Servicing Coordinators replace project
managers for Sydney Water projects. Lean & Hayward is accredited with Sydney
Water as sewer and water designers and quality checkers. We provide survey,
design and quality checking of construction.

Sydney Water Building Plan Approvals

Lean & Hayward can now approve building plans in relation to the impact of the proposed building on existing pipes or structures.

Sydney Water Section 73 Application

Lodge your Section 73 Application through Lean & Hayward:

Step 1 - Complete the Application form and submit.

Step 2 - Supply Development Consent and Plan:

Your application to Sydney Water requires your Council consent and plans in
digital format. We can digitally scan plans up to size A0 (included in the
application fee).

Step 3 - Pay the application fee:

The application fee consists of two components:

The Sydney Water fee - $368.80 (no GST)

Lean & Hayward's Lodgement fee - $631.20* (incl GST*)

Total - $1000* (inc GST)

The total amount is payable to Lean & Hayward Pty Ltd and can be made in
the form of Cash, Cheque, Electronic Funds Transfer, or by VISA or
MasterCard.

PLEASE NOTE: YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE FEE HAS BEEN
PAID.

* This fee is based on any development up to 5 lots. - For larger

Lean & Hayward service all areas covered by Sydney Water and our operating hours are 8.00 am to 5.00pm Mon - Fri.
